internship readiness

There are many qualities for someone who is internship ready they are: being dependable, being mature, someone who strives to learn, and who wants to learn new things. The way I plan on being internship ready is by proving that I am capable of accomplishing simple task, as well as being responsible for maintaining my work ethic, and the way I do that is by coming to class early every day and staying focused in class so that I am able to accomplish my work. I will also show my professionalism throughout the whole time not only during module 3, but also through my internship and for whatever job that lies ahead of me. What I am planning on to make changes to be more internship ready is to change up the use of vocabulary when I communicate with others. I will show that that I am able to communicate professional with others.

best & worst job

One of the best jobs I have ever had was an internship at the SFO airport. As I got assigned to this job as an intern for Reprographics, which is a print production company, I had learned a lot with this internship. There are many skills that I developed while as an intern. One of the skills I have developed is learning how to be professional at a work setting. This internship has introduced to a world of profession, people at SfO has taught me on how to dress professional as well as speaking professional. I have also developed. There was a job I had taking care of kids. The part of my job that I hated was dealing with my boss he was cheap and refused to hire anybody else. It left me to have to do all the brunt work and watch kids and teach lessons to them. By being cheap and unable to listen to the staff he really made my work environment tense and slightly unmanageable in a space I felt should have been cool calm and collective and I dealt with her mood swings if she had a bad day I had to deal with it when she came home. It was just an overall growing experience learning to deal with all different types of personalities. Even though there were some things that were bad, I can say that there were some perks to the jobs like the good pay. But overall it was bad
